Al Wataniya Insurance Company is an Egyptian joint-stock company established pursuant to Decision No. 594 of 2020 issued by the Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA) on 20 May 2020.
The Company is registered in the Insurance and Reinsurance Companies Register under No. (41) for the year 2020, and is licensed to conduct general insurance activities, including property and liability insurance.
Al Wataniya Insurance Company has an authorized capital of EGP 500 million, with an issued and fully paid-up capital of EGP 100 million.
In line with its risk management strategy, the Company has entered into reinsurance agreements with leading global and regional reinsurance companies of strong reputation and high financial solvency, which constitute a core element of its insurance risk management framework.
